The PADI IDC Staff Instructor Course (IDCS) not only represents a significant professional milestone but also serves as a testament to your commitment to excellence in dive instruction and mentorship. Our course represents a prestigious step forward for seasoned PADI Instructors aiming to further their professional diving careers by contributing to the development of the next generation of PADI Instructors.

As an IDCS candidate, you will learn directly from our award winning PADI Course Directors, gaining insights into the intricacies of instructor development, including teaching IDC curriculum components, delivering effective presentations, and evaluating and providing constructive feedback to IDC candidates. The course focuses on refining your teaching skills, enhancing your understanding of PADI standards, and preparing you to play a pivotal role in shaping competent and confident PADI Instructors.
