Our PADI CDTC Prep Program is an elite program designed to meticulously prepare you, the experienced PADI Master Instructor, who has decided to strive to become a PADI Course Director, to maximize your likelihood of success when applying to be accepted to the PADI Course Director Training Course (CDTC), the most rigorous instructor training program in the SCUBA industry. This hands-on course is tailored to fine-tune your command of the entire PADI Professional Development curriculum.
During this program you will:
- Review the CDTC requirements and what areas upon which to focus
- Actively participate in at least two Aquarius Dive Shop PADI IDC’s
- Better learn the intent of all the PADI Standards
- Get assistance preparing your Business Plan for the CDTC Application
- Get resume building advice
- Get ongoing marketing and business advice
- Learn how to organize a successful PADI IDC
- Learn how to develop an Instructor Development team
- Have continual custom mentorship and access to our PADI Course Directors
Prerequisites:
- Current PADI IDC Staff Instructor
- Attended at least one Aquarius Dive Shop PADI IDC Staff Instructor Experience
- Permission of Aquarius Dive Shop PADI Course Directors
